Future Project Details

Equestrian Center

Home to our "Reins of Hope" program, Boys Farm has already received significant funding towards groundbreaking for this facility which will introduce a barn, stables, and equipment storage, a covered riding arena with seating, and the development of a comprehensive Equine Assisted Therapy program.

"Reins of Hope" will provide therapeutic training through qualified professionals, in addition to recreational riding opportunities and the ability to host local equestrian, 4H and agricultural events.

Picnic Shelter

Spearheaded by board member Evans Jones and the family of faith at First Baptist Church of Lexington, our new picnic facility will be a beautiful place to host events throughout the year.

The shelter will boast seating for 64, a stone fireplace, fans and lighting, and the equipment needed for hosting events.

The picnic shelter will provide a beautiful view of our ball fields for games and sporting events, a central perspective of campus, and will be the perfect place for campus life activities including grilling and gatherings.

Community Center

The plans for a Boys Farm Community Center provide for a top-notch dining and activities facility, upgrading our current facilities and creating an ideal setting for a variety of uses.  In addition to upgrading and expanding our dining and kitchen facilities, the new Activity Center will provide an expanded and improved Learning Center, quality space for meetings, training, events, and more.

The improved Community Center will be a hub of activity for campus and a tremendous resource for Boys Farm residents.
