Ministry Opportunities

Have you ever wanted to work in home missions, and do you have a heart for children? Boys Farm is a Christ-centered organization that provides a nurturing Christian home for boys in a residential setting.  We are hiring married couples to live full time with 5-8 boys in a home and to make a transformative impact in their lives.

Basic Information

The Basics

As a House Parent, you will manage the children in your house, and will be part of a team like-minded couples on our campus. House parents help establish and maintain a steady daily routine for the children that you are responsible for, including: waking up, breakfast, transportation to school or appointments, daily chores and daily leisure activities and exercise, study time, personal hygiene, devotions and bedtime.

You will keep medical files and related reports for children, and also manage school and extracurricular special activities. You will maintain inspection-ready upkeep of the cottage facility and vehicle, with safety as your top priority.

Staff participates in regular, ongoing training, and you will model and teach daily living skills to children under your care.
